Your Life. On Purpose.
Make space for yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and explore new possibilities for a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
A little time to pause. A little room to imagine. A chance to see things differently.
Life has a way of filling up with responsibilities, routines, and the needs of others. Somewhere along the way, it's easy to lose sight of the things that bring us joy, the dreams we've put aside, or the person we want to become.
Coaching for Life is a space that's just for you.
A place to reflect, explore new perspectives, reconnect with your strengths, and consider what matters most at this stage of your life.
Whether you're feeling caught in the routines of everyday life, navigating a transition, overwhelmed by competing demands, or simply curious about what else might be possible, you don't need to have all the answers.
You don't need to change everything.
Sometimes, one meaningful conversation—and one small step in a direction that matters to you—is enough to begin.
Whether you're raising children, supporting a loved one through a difficult time, or simply the person everyone relies on, caring for others can leave little time or energy for yourself.
Coaching for Life offers a space to be heard, to focus on your own needs, hopes, interests, and goals. Together, we'll explore ways to make room for yourself while continuing to care for the people who matter to you.
You deserve space in your own life, too.
Coaching isn't about creating a perfect life or constantly striving to do more. It's about becoming more intentional with the life you're already living.
Through thoughtful conversations, strengths-based exercises, and practical tools, we'll explore what matters most to you and identify meaningful, achievable steps toward your goals.
You set the direction. Coaching provides the space, support, and encouragement to move forward.

She's passionate about helping adults reconnect with themselves, explore what's possible, and create meaningful change in their everyday lives.
You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before reaching out. Whether you have a specific goal or simply feel ready to explore what's next, the first step is a conversation.
Coaching for Life is offered through Advanced Psychology Services and follows the clinic's established coaching process.
The service is supervised by a licensed psychologist, who conducts the initial consultation and develops an individualized coaching plan based on your goals and needs.
Step 1: Initial Consultation
30 minutes with a supervising psychologist to discuss your needs and determine whether coaching is appropriate.
Step 2: Individual Coaching
60-minute appointment
Each session includes approximately 50 minutes of direct coaching.
Sessions provide a supportive space to explore your strengths, values, priorities, and possibilities, and identify meaningful steps that feel realistic for your life.
