Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often brings unique challenges, especially in the areas of executive functioning - such as organization, time management, decision-making, impulse control, and maintaining focus. These skills are critical not only for academic and professional success but also for building healthy relationships and managing daily responsibilities. For teens and young adults with ADHD, developing strong executive functioning skills is essential to navigating key transitions, from high school to post-secondary education and eventually into the workforce.
Our specialized ADHD and executive function coaching is designed to empower teens (13+) and young adults by providing personalized strategies tailored to each individual's needs. Our certified and experienced ADHD coaches work with clients across Ontario to identify strengths and address specific areas of difficulty, cultivating practical skills that enable independence, resilience, and self-confidence. Through structured guidance and evidence-based techniques, our coaching sessions help clients improve their organizational skills, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage their time and emotions more successfully.
ADHD coaching in our centre is supervised by a licensed psychologist, who conducts the initial consultations and creates a coaching plan for each client. All coaching sessions are conducted online by certified ADHD coaches and are available to clients across Ontario.
