Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, fully registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our team on a part-time contract basis. The position requires in-person work two days per week (Mondays and Fridays) at our Richmond Hill office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to ensure coordinated client care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology.
- Must be currently licensed and in good standing as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario or as a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
- Minimum of 5 years (post-registration) of psychotherapy experience in Canada working with both children and adults (required). Applicants with “Qualifying” status will not be considered.
- Strong skills in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
