A: Yes, we provide psychological reports that are respected by the public and private school boards.

Q: How flexible are appointment hours?
A: Evening and weekend hours are available. All sessions are by appointment only. Appointments are usually made several weeks in advance.

Q: Can I be sure that information obtained in psychological sessions and assessments will remain confidential?
A: We guarantee confidentiality of any information obtained through our services. Information cannot be released to other people or school without the client's written consent.

Q: What is involved in a psychological session?
A: Consultation sessions are usually 45 min long and may involve initial discussion with parents, a child interview, and a feedback meeting. An assessment consists of parent and child interviews, and psychological testing. An assessment typically involves several 2-3 hour-long visits. A feedback session and a written report are provided following the assessment.
